The Company was started by Lucretia M. Dawson, President and Owner of L. Dawson and Associates. Ms. Dawson received her BS Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Maryland in 1998, and in her spare time, continues to seek her Masters Degree in Business Management at Johns Hopkins University.
